WHOO IMPRESSIONS. I read on some reviews that Hope and Snow were lame, but Lightning was awesome. Pretty surprised about that since during the trailers the guys seemed kind of cooler! Glad that Lighting seems violent, though. So incredible...
Also, what novellas did you read and where are they from? I've never heard of them wao!
The novellas are on the official Japanese site. I assume SE didn't want to have super long cutscenes in the game to explain the backstories for some of the characters, so they posted the stories up. Good move on their part, in my opinion. No one likes overuse of flashbacks and there's already enough pointless cutscenes in this game. wwwww
I will! Even though it seems like half the internet is forcibly intent on hating it right now, lol. Oh well, FF12 was the same thing.
