I didn't go to HRA today because I called my local police precinct to ask about the police report from last week, only to find out there is no police record. I'm going to have to try to re-file so this incident doesn't disappear

It's just amazing to me how something as simple as making a report can be so difficult. Jeez. I'm sorry you are dealing with all this ridiculous incompetence.
