It still sounds to me like they're giving you a big run around. Is there a national number or hotline you can call to find out what's going on? I've never heard of any place that would have you keep driving an engine that's burning that much oil. It definitely sounds suspect.

I can't imagine how frustrating that is. I hate dealing with car companies.
