Auto-Mechanical Monkey Uprising

What do I do when a superior race of auto-mechanical monkeys I've been training for months try to form an insurrection against my long term goals by wreaking havoc on my existing business? I quell them mercilessly by ripping their feeble minds into shreds and reassembling them as I see fit

Because monkeys have quick minds and nimble fingers, and they're easier to manage then strong but stubborn rhinoceri, and I lack the skills to oversee super intelligent elephants. =P

Actually, the metaphor just tickles me. The proverbial "room full of monkeys and typewriters?" I write my own scripts, web based programs, website software... whatever you want to call it.

My auto-mechanical monkeys are my artificial employees - I train them to do menial tasks so I can focus on bringing in more business.
