Okay people, I'm not really getting answers from you on the proposed beach trip. Alex, have you found out if Adam is coming/driving? Jackie, have you talked to your parents or Sam about it? I need this information if I'm gonna make the reservation and know how much it will cost us in the end to split it evenly. Broon is molesting me about this so ( Read more... )

I also am really hoping I'll be liscensed by then too. I'm getting there. I would love my first long road trip to be down to the beach.

I was waiting for answer from you, so I never got back. I did try to request the days off and I got rejected, probably because I didn't do it in enough time. If I am going to request time off for anything, it really needs to be more than a month in advance, and it can't be longer than two or three days at at time. policy got really strict. So I can do it another time. This is why I freak out about these things.

That's great that you can do it another time!!!! Yeah, I'll just fly back from Maryland another time, whenever you're able to get time off!!! Let me know, and I'll buy the plane tickets!!!! /s

I can do two days early to mid July.

I did figure it out myself, but I can't do much if I don't actually get the days off. besides, how was i supposed to know where you stood on the Adam part without you responding?

"Adam is welcome, but he would probably have to drive, unless Bryan has a license by then. I'll only be able to take 3 other people since I'll have Bret. We'll definitely need multiple cars... Jackie, can Sam drive, and does he want to come?"

Well I guess this depends on what Jackie is feeling. If this whole plan crumbles, we can just opt for hanging out and being yuppies.
