My experience is that Capitalist Libertarians tend to fall into the following categories: college kids who haven't seen enough of the real world to understand that they're not going to take it over through their innate supriority, and who want a consequence-free environment for doing whatever they want; trashy white men at the low end of the bell curve who resent that some women and dusky-skinned people are doing better than they are, and who are desperately seeking to prove that it must be because the government is unfairly helping those other groups, and not because they themselves are no damn good; and those corporate overlords who really do rule the world, who benefit from low regulations, and who busily put out propaganda to encourage the first two groups.

Among the books you might like to read by my hero Gerry Spence are Give Me Liberty; From Freedom to Slavery (the Rebirth of Tyranny in America) and Corporations: The New King. I think you'll quickly find Spence a kindred soul. Another Spence book, not about corporate tyranny ( ... )

Dude, Ashley's like David Xanatos or Lex Luthor. Why would you limit her power by making her an elected official?

Now, if she got a BRAINWASHING ray...

If I ran for elected office, I'd suddenly have to start watching what I said.

AKA, what KOD said. >:P
