*really wants Steinway concert grand*

*hugs virginia_bell for posting the list* I actually got to play Horowitz's piano one time and it was really amazing! Steinway's are amazing. If I was a rich girl....I would buy you any model you like! I fancy the Steinway L model myself. When you're birthday?

omg, Horowitz's piano?! I worship Vlad. :D I personally like the Steinway concert grade (I want to say that's model D, but I can't remember).

I've been playing since I was four. Started out on keyboard because, you know, little toddler hands cannot handle an actual piano, but my parents bought me a piano - my only piano - when I was six, and I've been playing classical piano ever since! Recently, I've really become interested in piano jazz but I recognize that I am quite talentless when it comes to jazz.

I guess I'll just stick to Chopin and the like. *g*

our uni has two steinways only a few talented people can make it sound good. I prefer Bosendorfers still :)

Aw, I love Steinways. Are the ones at your school in good condition?

Ah the Boesendorfers :). Very fine pianos. My Viennese friend Catherine will play on nothing else.....
