I have a friend from Oxford who just graduated and is over in Washington for a few days (not sure how many) in his US tour trip before he goes to work as a government economist. He's quite the politics-slash-econ geek; go help him stop getting lost around if you have free time! :)

I have, actually! I should be arriving at London Heathrow on the morning of October 4 and then, er, finding my way to Oxford, eventually. As a visiting student, I get to participate in freshers week activities, I believe. The far more headache-inducing matter is getting my student visa...
