After London and Paris, I think the best choice might be Amsterdam...because it is party central, and everyone speaks perfect English ^_^. But Italy would be much more beautiful, and the food is incredible ♥.

I'd have to stay in Ferraro and it requires as well 3 weeks of intense italian language class...
I've never been to Italy though..
