Yeah from what I've seen, Sydney is absolutely beautiful! Sydney has roughly the same population as Melbourne but it's a lot more expensive to fly there but I hear the shopping is amazing & my friend over there finds the cutest little vintage pieces so I have my fingers crossed for that little holiday! :)
