[Well, somebody's a little confident in their abilities to get by. Although there are some points that set Dean on edge, just a bit: mostly the note about those with "intelligence", and then there's the whole "ideal candidates" thing.
[Wesker was a little taken aback by the man's forwardness, but didn't let it show. People didn't usually speak to him in such a manner, and he wondered just who this man was. From what he said, this man had obviously heard him speak of Uroboros; if he posed a threat, Wesker would have to waste no time in disposing of the human.]
And I am not your 'buddy'. My name is Albert Wesker; and you are...?
[Cue the eyeroll. This guy's stiffer than a day-old corpse. Dean would know, he's around them enough. He huffs a laugh.]
Name's Winchester. Dean Winchester. And if you're so well-informed about the place, you oughta know that you're not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy. Try a different dimension.
[Humor. Wesker was usually not one to partake in something so...meaningless. He had more important things to attend to than frivolous jokes.]
Dean Winchester? Charmed.
[Wesker began to feel annoyed as he realized who this Dean reminded him of: Chris Redfield. He was arrogant and relied on humor to compensate for intelligence just like the B.S.A.A. agent Wesker so despised. He resolved he'd need to keep an eye on this one for the time being. Still keeping a calm air about him, Wesker smirked.]
[A god? Oh, Dean's met a god before. Trickster gods are a different breed, of course, but in general they're all the same.]
And which one are you, the God of Melodramatic One-liners? [The narration would like to state that Dean Winchester has the tendency to push his luck whenever possible. It's not so much a flaw as it is a- Okay, it's a flaw.]
Look, man: This place has ghosts, demons, gods, kings, angels, and friggin' high schoolers. Doesn't matter who or what you are. You don't leave until it lets you. It's a shitty deal, but we gotta bite the bullet.
[Wesker was not one to be pushed around, but this Dean was continuing to annoy the tyrant with his words. Nobody, especially an inferior human, had the right to question him.]
I can assure you that I am like no other, so you'd be wise to not make assumptions.
[Ghosts? Demons? Just where had Wesker ended up? He wondered if he was the only one of his kind in this place, and smirked at the thought that someone could match his intellect or abilities. They are all inferior, he simply thought to himself.]
However, for now I will bite the bullet, as you mentioned.
oh no he di'nt! xDviral_tyrantMarch 17 2011, 21:56:45 UTC
[Wesker decided to ignore the snide remark, now believing this Dean wasn't worth his time or frustration.]
Uroboros is my cure for creating a better world. I will rid the planet of the most destructive of diseases, as it were.
[He knew he needed to remain vague concerning Uroboros and his plans. He didn't need another Chris Redfield trying to stop him once his research was complete.]
OH HE DID. xDdashboardliteMarch 18 2011, 13:14:01 UTC
[Well, that doesn't sound sketchy at all.]
So...what. Like. Cancer?
[And yes, Wesker, it's probably best that you not tell him about your evil plans for world domination. Dean Winchester is just like Chris Redfield, only he has the tendency to come back after dying. His sense of humor is also way funnier, thank you very much.]
Play time, oh yes xDviral_tyrantMarch 18 2011, 18:16:29 UTC
[Oh this was going to be quite fun, Wesker noted to himself. He smiled on the inside but his face remained expressionless as he continued.]
Mmm yes. You could call it that. Except that the possibility of contracting the disease is much higher due to it's...symptoms.
[This Dean had worried him a bit in the beginning, but Wesker was beginning to understand that the man only had sarcasm on his side, and not intelligent prowess like himself. Still, if this man was going to be persistent, Wesker would need to watch himself and tread carefully. Although he eventually concluded Dean would be an ideal subject for an Uroboros trial. Or at least a subject for a new virus he would create in the mansion.]
Which is why it is urgent that I continue my research.
OHGODPLAYTIME ;^;dashboardliteMarch 18 2011, 18:46:51 UTC
We had somethin' like that where I'm from. You ever heard of the Croatoan virus? Damn thing drove people crazy; they all killed each other.
[Oh, Dean's persistent, all right. He's been likened to a cockroach on more than one occasion, and can pose a decent threat when worse comes to worse. Dean isn't a "forgive and forget" kind of guy, especially not with new creepers on the prowl in the mansion. As if events aren't enough, now there's this dude.]
...research. Right. [He sounds very, very unconvinced.] Just don't go all Doctor Frankenstein in here. 'M sure your room'll turn into a lab, or something.
[[ooc; Soooo I am totally okay with Dean being using in some kind of maniacal experiment. *THUMBS UP*]]
Viruses equal fun!viral_tyrantMarch 18 2011, 19:10:52 UTC
[Croatoan virus? Wesker shook is head at the question, mouth still in a line.]
No, I don't believe I have. It does sound similar to other viruses I am familiar with, however.
[What Dean didn't know is that one of the viruses had taken up residence in Wesker's body. Luckily for the other residents, he could use the closet to obtain the serum needed to control and contain the virus. If not, all thoughts dealing in reason would be gone and Wesker would only be fueled by rage. And the tyrant was NOT one to be crossed.]
[ooc: Oh really? Hmmm..well once I get things rolling with a lab, I'll consider using Dean in some way then ;). even though the disease Wesker speaks of is the human race >.>;;]
Sounds like weird, scientific testing to him.]
You got all the time in world here, buddy.

A different dimension, you say? Interesting...

[Damn, this guy is creepy.]
...where're you from, anyway? Place and, uh...and year?

[Wesker frowned at the thought that he was so close to completing Uroboros, and yet he was so far away now that he was in a different dimension.]
Where am I from? That is of no concern to you.
[He pushed the sunglasses back up his nose.]
I can tell you that the year I am from is 2009. And yourself?
Reply
2007.
[He smirks.]
Get comfy, Wesker. You're gonna be here a while. I got here five months ago.

Get comfy? I believe I will find a way out of here, Dean. I am a god, after all...
[He smirked once again, his eyes glowing behind his sunglasses.]

All right, don't get your panties in a twist. There's a whole lotta stuff you oughta know about, I guess, but you can find out if you're curious.
[But back to the important thing.]
...so what the Hell is "Uroboros"?
