So, was watching a muted FFVIII Let's Play for the section of HR I was working on, and it got to the point where Irvine divides up the parties -- himself with Selphie and Rinoa, and Squall with Quistis and Zell. So I read this post about adoption in Japan as it related to a few Sailor Moon characters, and then because I am writing HR, it gave me all sorts of insights into the Orphanage Gang from FFVIII.
