my toilet is overflowing and emergency b&g isn't here yet! they are emergency because they are supposed to be here asap! and they aren't
it's been at least 20 minutes! Freaking out! and what sucks is that I'm on the second floor.....

That's one of the only problems with the brownstones... I think that happened to me about three or four times last year before they finally just replaced the entire toilet and plumbing.

I'm sure it's been fixed, but for future reference, just turn off the water valve next time- it's the nozzle right behind the toilet.
