The Darkness is Back

Which I'm heartily embracing, for now.
Summer was SO HOT and Shiny and Fun but...
I'll have to admit...I'm a crap cook at coming up with dinners when it's hot outside.
I'm more of a Rainy Day Cook.Comfort Foods. Soups and stews and pot roasts and pie! :)
