Definitely lunch. Lunch means I can get out of the office for an hour or so!!

That makes sense for your line of work.
they call it "lunch" at my work but people are taking it at 9am (since we open at 4:30 am) or after the normal people's lunch (1-2 pm) but...
that's the food service industry for you. AND we don't/but could leave for lunch free drink + major discount on food usually keeps us there to bullshit with whomever happens to be hanging around the store at the time.
