“…caller says he was run over by a male in a wheelchair.”

Man, that reminds me of the ridiculous stuff that used to get printed in the police blotter of my college's paper. "Woman reports unknown dog sitting at top of her porch steps." "Student reports man passed out in bushes." That was my favorite section of the school paper every week!

In this paper, I like that they often say that so-and-so was "admonished." Like the police gave them a good scolding, or something.
