Placebo in Landerneau, 15th August !!

Yattaaaaaaaa... after 8 months of Placebo starvation, I went to one of their very rare show in France this year \o/
After a delicious Morcheeba gig, we were situated right in front of Brian's mic (yeah we DID choose the side xD), about 3 meters away from the stage.
They were WONDERFUL !! Astonishing. Cute. Powerful.

There is a very decent number of K8 fans in France ( JE boys fans as well...) The french k8 community on LJ is very active ^^

oh yes, there are.Though we live in a faraway country w/ totally different language and culture.That's one reason that I'd like to share latest info to our fellows,despite the language barrier.
Honestly, K8 is not quite my cup of tea,that....they are a bit too noisy to me...... XDDD J-pop's v popular in my country,while I also prefer 90s'J-rock.They've learnt from european and us rocks a lot, created some nice bands.

I'm happy that Placebo boys are known worldwide they deserve it ! Did they do any show in your country ? I know they did in thailand and Japan but never heard about China...

Yeah kanjani 8 IS noisy, that's a fact xDD . But, well, I discovered them at a time I was really down, I had a considerable amount of problems and with their energy, their smiles, their crazyness, it was love at first sight xD. And now I'm addicted. And it's an isolated phenomena : I am not listenning to other JE/Jpop group, except some songs. My other loves are european and a lot darker than k8 ^^

Non je suis venue juste pour Placebo vu que je travaillais le samedi... J'étais hallucinée de voir que le site est en pleine ville ! sympa pour les voisins xD

Il y avait vraiment du monde et surtout des gens bourrés. On s'est faites un peu chahuter mais c'était tellement génial !

Aww, definitely a draining experience!

Same with me, good to see there are still other long term fans around the place. Seeing them live in gig is better than any drug

It's a drug. definitely.
I try to see them at least once a year for my mental health xD
As a long term fan, I'm so happy that they could always renew themselves, doing things in another way but always with the unique placebo touch...
I was sooo worried when steve left the group T_T (I was at one of their last show together...) but seeing them like sunday, I am ready for 10 and more years again xD

Ils ne la font jamais en Live... et c'est vraiment dommage parce que je crois que je fondrais en larmes d'émotion, cette chanson est tellement extraordinaire ! Et puis elle me rapelle pleins de souvenirs ^^
