The Diet Thing.
I dont like weighing myself at the start of a new period of dieting.
I like to get a week into it. Its not about the weight to me, its about feeling better and changing shape.
So in a week i'll post my current weight.
Day two on the diet., it seems to be easier but i need more caffiene. -

1. Putter Smith Intonation Exercise.
2. Scales through their modal transpositions
3. Rabbath scale/page of the week.
4. Classical Rep. (Eccles, Koussevitsky, Bottesini, Mahler)
5. Cuss lots.
6. Jazz Melody of the Day(s)
7. Real book tunes
8. Electric stuff? (Slap bass.)

This is a Dialogue from Putter Smith on an intonation Etude for the D and G Strings on the bass.
