I've been a little distracted lately, for a variety of reasons. So, to keep myself posting regularly, here is a meme (seen around on the friends' list):
You didn't make a hash of Dumbledore! As you say, who would have predicted all the Grindelwald stuff before the last book? And apart from that, I think your Albus is pretty reconcileable with the Dumbledore we see in the later books.
I started rereading Dreamwalk Blue the other week, btw. It's still fab. :)
Thank you. :) It is funny, though, for me to read that fic now that we know so much about Dumbledore. Whoops? I am still very fond of my version of Albus, bookish charm and all. (Not sure if you've made it through The Solitude Sessions or not, but I'll admit I was tempted to do a little bit of retconning in one part to make things fit at least a little better with canon. It didn't work storywise, though, so I ditched it.)
I'm so glad you still enjoy Dreamwalk Blue. :) I'm occasionally tempted to do a redo on the whole thing -- but I worry that it will end up being Dreamwalk Blue: The Special Edition, where Tom doesn't shoot Greedo first or something and I'll somehow ruin the (imperfect) charm of the original.
I <3 DashingAcademic! Dumbledore as well, regardless of how canon turned out. I actually still remember reading DB in my high school library computer lab, and now I'm in med school - and the last HP movie still isn't out! Like wine and cheese, DB just ages well. Time for a reread for me as well!
I'm also still waiting for more Percy Weasley: Demon Hunter, if you have the time... ;)
Oh, thank you! And, regarding Percy Weasley: Rogue Demon Hunter, I doing plan to post more soon. Part 7 is really just a caper-of-the-week type story, moving the characters into place for the next bit of the arc (right up until the very end, of course, which is when all the fun starts) and those are always difficult for me to grind out. I am working on it, though (and eager to get to Part 8, which is possibly my favorite so far).
Ha ha! That probably reveals my age, too. ;) My fics are scattered all over the place, though I'm attempting to move them all over to AO3 now. I've been sort of cleaning them up as I go, though, which makes the process a little longer. I'll see if I can dig up the Ginny stuff and get it posted over there. I'm here at AO3, so watch that space.

I love your Ginny stuff, as well. I can't seem to find any of it as I remembered, though. Do you have them up anywhere? I'd like to read it again.
