We had our home inspection on Wednesday. Well the guy got back to us today. He accepted our offer!!!!  :-)  We got a house!  Well technically not yet, but we are going to get it!  YAY. 

Okay.  Well the guy finally got back to us with a counter offer yesterday.  And when we got it, it was expired. WTF?  Who takes that long.  It was a shitty counter offer so we counter offered again.  We also had Sue (our realtor) tell the guy that if they didn't get an acceptance or counter back to us by Monday at noon we are walking away.  Because ( Read more... )

We made an offer on a house today after work!!  YAY!!  We'll know by Wednesday if its accepted or countered or whatever.  So hope for accepted!!  Yay!!  I'm excited.  Also, my dogs are weird.  Riley was laying down holding Caesar's tail between her paws and chewing on it like it was a toy.  And Caesar was LETTING her!!  What a weirdo!! 

Yesterday we went to Eau Claire to have Justin fix Becky's computer!  It was pretty fun.  We took the dogs and had a nice day.  Also, it was really really warm in Eau Claire.  It was like 43!!  We didn't wear coats and it felt super awesome and made me about ready for spring.  Yes, the girl who loves snow is ready for it to go away!  Told you by ( Read more... )

Justin and I babysat Teagan on Saturday while Nikki was here for a wedding.  I did all the feeding and diaper changing though so Justin didn't do all that much baby sitting.  It was ok until he cried for like an hour.  That sucked.  Other than that though he was good.  I think it might have scared Justin off wanting a baby though ( Read more... )

Well on Thursday Nikki had her baby.  Little Teagan Anthony.  8 pounds 15 ounces.  He's so so cute!!  It's freaking freezing outside.  With wind chill it's like -18 or something.  It's very very cold.  That's about it for now.

I love Christmas cards.  I got a very cute one the other day with two adorable kids on it!!  :)  Thanks Heidi.  It's great.  But we have 5 of them now.  I taped them on the wall between the kitchen and the living room.  We'll see how long they stay up.  He he he.  In other news, winter is the worst time to get a puppy.  Going outside every 2 hours ( Read more... )

Well on Wednesday Justin and I added a new memeber to the family.  We got another puppy!  She's a Shih Tzu like Caesar but differently colored.  She's white and brown and black.  We bought her from Amish people.  It was great, they took very good care of her and she was really cheap.  She's super cute.  She's annoying though.  I forgot how much ( Read more... )
