1893. Spun Glass Dress

In 1893 Libbey Glass Co. built a glass factory on the grounds of the World’s Columbian Exhibition in Chicago. One outstanding exhibit at the fair was a dress made of spun-glass fibers that was presented to Princess Eulalie of Spain with great fanfare.

If this dress was worth 2,50000 in 1893, I wonder how much is worth how much now? And not just for the monetary value. I wonder if it still exists.
