Prince Arthur, 1st Duke of Connaught and Strathearn (seventh child and third son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert) in fancy dress. 1878.  Pity the poor leopard had to give its life so he could wear its skin.

lol I agree... Also, when I first looked at him all I could think was that he looked dandy, which is probably not the adjective he was going for. No doubt he would have wanted at least a dapper...
