I don't know who the lady with the cool hair is on the left. The lady on the right is my great-grandmother, Lydia (her marriage photos are here). My grandmother is in the center, chomping on an apple.

My grandmother was born in 1917, they came to America in 1919, so I would guess this photo is from either 1920-22 somewhere around there. It would have been taken somewhere in Michigan. You can see the shadow of the photographer (a man) on the bottom.

ETA: My grandmother (Martha) did have an older brother (Toivo) and sister (Ilmi), but she would have been probably 7 or 8.
