20s Photoshoot

Hi again! I know, I know. Two posts in less than a week. This isn't much different from the style I'd posted previously, but my husband and I finally used an hour photoshoot package from one of those group deal sites last night, so I thought I'd share what it looks like with proper makeup, hair, composition and lighting. I have! But I went back and was reading her biography in your second link. That section about being turned down in favour of Luise Rainer in "yellowface" for the part in The Good Earth (which, considering the story, makes absolutely no sense!) made me furious!

I think it was Shanghai Express(?), where one of my favourite scenes is with her talking about how she doesn't know the "standard of respectability that you demand in your boarding house," and the woman, still dressed in the old Edwardian fashion walks off, all flustered and taken aback!
