Eeeeee!! So excited to see this get updated! Great chapter - I love it when things slow down a little and we get to enjoy a little bit of their everyday life. Very sweet!

Minor side note - I know this isn't beta'd,so I thought I'd point out that you talk about them being starkers in bed xmas morning, but then Remus pulls down Sirius's boxers.

Ooo! Me me me! I'm reading this! though my online presence has dwindled to almost nothing of late. I was so excited to see a new chapter up. I get excited whenever I see a new fic or update from you, in fact. *blush*

Lovely Christmas scenes. I can just feel them teetering on those final steps from adolescence to adulthood. Kind of bittersweet, especially with the Potters' deaths and the war impending.

Remembered this story and just reread the whole thing. I'd almost forgotten how much I love this one. Probably the #1 or 2 of all R/S fanfiction I've read. I know you probably have given up on it, with a little one and all...but I can't help but hope that someday you'll come back to it. Happy Holidays!

Ah! I haven't forgotten about this story at all. In fact, there's more written. I've sort of stopped worrying about posting it though since it seemed like no one was reading it and no one was remembering it etc it just seemed like I was the only person who hadn't forgotten it. Admittedly though, I haven't worked on it since August. I guess I have about 3 more chapters written though not at all edited or proofread. I'll put it on my to-do list!

i've read a lot of r/s fics in the last two years, but somehow i've only come across your stories last week, i must have read all your little ficlets by now and have already added some to my favourites list. and once i got into this story i couldn't stop, i just spent my sunday in bed reading it and i love it. i must say i was a bit wary at first, because i wasn't sure it would be in character for them to take on such a big commitment at this young age, but you've written them so well, and their relationship seemed so natural, that i could see it all happening. and how much i adore the way you write them all, sirius specially.

i assume you have given up on it now, it would be wonderful to have them for a bit longer, but it's okay if it ends here with their moment of domestic bliss.
