Also, cracking eggs on a narrower surface might have improved things. edge of a bowl, edge of the pan, something. risks getting a wee bit of shell in with the mix, but that can be fished out.
If i land job, maybe i can contribute more to our meals. i haven't really got a clue what, but i suspect we'll figure it out.
