Don't think so, no thanks. I wonder if this beans-on-pizza thing lasted long?

The last time we visited England, pizza had corn niblets on it and our hotel served breakfast including baked beans and tomatoes, which upon discussing with other guests, we discovered those two things were common. Bleurgh.

Some places sometimes offer taco pizzas, last one I had was at a CiCi's which is no longer in business around here. The first time I had a taco pizza and had it frequently was at Godfather's Pizza in the late 70s?/early 80s. IT.WAS.AWESOME!!!

Just saying "beans on pizza" does sound gross. But the crust was regular crust with crushed nacho chips, then the refried beans, salsa, taco seasoned hamburger, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese and after baking they'd put on the lettuce and more cheese, that'd melt due to the heat, but the lettuce was still crisp. And they served it with taco sauce. I STILL remember how it tasted it and would love to have it again but Godfather's went out of business to :(

I never had the Pizza Hut version, nor knew they had one. I went to a variety of pizza places as a kid but GODFATHERS was the GODFATHER of Taco pizzas! I wouldn't have gotten one at another place if I had even noticed.

ETA OMG!!!!! I AM AT ALMOST BLIMP SIGHTING EXCITED!!!!!!!! I went to google to read about Godfather's, saw they had ( ... )
