Funny, I was in the Dollar Tree the other day and saw that they sell the 3 pack of Cracker Jack for a dollar. It's one of those products you didn't really think was around anymore ( ... )

When I was clearing out my parent's hoarder house, I found quite a few of those old cracker-jack prizes! They did bring back some good memories.

Not fun cleaning out a hoarder house, but FUN to find old Cracker Jack prizes. They're small enough to display in a small jar and look quite nice that way (I've seen that done in antique shops) if you wanted to keep them. But they'd also be good to sell too- many people collect them. It's funny because I remember my mom had one of our old glass baby bottles filled with little toy trinkets (some Cracker Jack, some gumball machine prizes). It was stored in a cabinet above our refrigerator. I don't know why the memory of that baby bottle has stayed with me all these years, but it has. I'd love to have found that when cleaning out my mom's "hoarder apartment"- but it wasn't around.
