Made some peach ice cream the other day with peaches from my tree! Mmm! Didn't break out the silver tray for it, though.

I'm pea green with jealousy! Not only because you make your own, but you have a peach tree!

I have 3! Hee hee! Actually, only 2 of them are old enough to make peaches and one of those is still pretty small and only made a few this year, which is fine since she needs to focus on growing herself right now. My oldest tree is about 7 years old and the old girl put out so many this year she almost fell over! I had to buttress her on one side and tether her on the other. She's getting a good pruning in the fall! The problem was that we've had so much rain and so little sun that the peaches were rotting on the tree before they could ripen! :( We still got some, though, so I shouldn't complain too much. With some of them, if they were still mostly okay, I cut away the rotten parts and made peach/jalapeño fruit leather. I know I'm bragging, but, damn, that's some good stuff.

I love fruit trees! Well, obsessed is probably a better word. :)

Me either. Been so long since I had some of the flavors that get posted here I can barely remember what they tasted like.

Probably the best combination for ice cream. Yum...peaches and cream...in ice cream form!!!
