Funny, I got head lice just the year after in kindergarten from a kid who strongly resembled this one. :P And I think that's what my mom used. Don't remember particularly; I just got a couple free days out of school! :)
She would have been 10 in '86, but this photo could have been a few years old by that time so it's possible it's her. It looks like a basic stock image that could have been used for pretty much anything.
