I wish my Mom were still around. I've never heard of this brand but we did a lot of Jiffy mix

I still use Jiffy corn muffin mix!

The regular corn muffin mix still has lard in it!

I've been known to order some of their cake mixes online since they make single-layer cakes. The blueberry muffins are also good. It's nice that they're small since it's only me to feed :)
