It was an interesting thing that women would go on car trips together in the early days of motoring. American women seemed to jump into driving ASAP. Eleanor Roosevelt and friends went on trips, some political but some just for fun. 🚗
That's awesome! I've seen photos of women drivers in the 20s here, but I'm not sure if it was as much a thing. I remember another car ad here, same era or maybe earlier, aimed at women.
