So the first Priest-Halford album in 12 years came out today so I went out and bought it. It's called "Angel Of Retribution". I've listened to it through once, and I'm still not sure what I think of it. Some tracks pop out immediately (so far I like "Judas Rising", and "Worth Fighting For"), and I suspect more will grow on me the more I listen

Forget bodybuilding- it's worthless muscle that you won't use in real life. Instead, focus on stuff that will help your endurance/stamina/useful strength- exercises like pullups, running, swimming, ab work, hindu squats, hanging leg lifts, etc.
The bench press and curling are good and everything, and definitely have their place (bench press, snatches, and military press esp.), but there's no point to just getting strong in the "pick something up and put it down in the same spot" sense.
And never, ever use creatine or any of that crap.
