I had to come up with a Kingdom for Rodney, and it all went downhill from there. I'm glad you're enjoying the humor though.

And yes, the rock... sadly, I've got all the romancy bits planned out, but the whole "destroying the wraith" part? Not quite decided on that yet.

I feel your pain. I am one puzzle short for a 4 challenge mission I'm GMing for a game and I'm scrabbling to figure it out before the characters get there. Otherwise, its going to be a "and the challenge is... out of order... move on" *laughs*

Very nice so far! I particularly like Ronon showing up with a group, instead of his usual lone-wolf casting.

I don't know if you're thinking that way, but one thing I haven't seen much in this sort of Harlequin-AU is AU!John retaining some of his canonical dorkiness. Because, really, he does *not* put the smooo in smoooooth.

I think Ronon, having been a member of an army, would be used to working in a group. He became solitary because he was forced into it.

Based on your comment, I realized that the story would be richer if I did have dork!John, but I'm not sure how to write that. What kinds of situations do you see John being dorky and not cool in?

As I mentioned to another reviewer, the romance stuff is all planned out, but the "destruction of the wraith" stuff is up in the air.

But hey, that's not why people are reading it; it's being read for the crack and the promise of future porn.
