P&P (1995) is so much more like the book. It is actually a TV mini series, so it has 6 "episodes" almost an hour long each. So, it's really tough to watch all in one sitting, but I've done it, lol. If you like P&P or Jane Austen at all, it's definitely worth a rent. ^_^

Well I havent read the book but I loved the 2005 version so I might rent the 1995..if I can handle it XD

It's really not as bad as it seems. The first time I watched it I was bored for like the first two hours (also because I wasn't used to the characters nor the plot), but after that it's amazing! It is so much different from 2005, but in my opinion so much better. Give it a watch, one episode at a time won't kill you. :D
