I could recommend several things, but I dislike making such suggestions without knowing the source. Are you ill?

A mild Calming Draught might be sufficient if the sleeplessness is related to standard stress-related causes. A Dreamless Sleep potion might be required if the underlying reason for sleeplessness is more severe.

Neither would be wise to take if physically ill.

Would you like me to bring a selection to the Manor?
