Would Camedon Loch do? It's quite close to my home, and is easy to get to from anywhere in London. Theres a small wizarding area close to the train station through using the bricks as you do for the Leaky Cauldron, except ofcourse, student friendly, not wands nesessary you just have to touch the bricks.

I'll meet you at that point, infront of the startion there at say noon?
