Maybe we could go see the guitar exhibit before it leaves the Met? See, there’s lots of guitars.

I haven’t been there since like... a grade school field trip anyway. And the exhibit’s only there for a couple more weeks. And like... I need a distraction, I think.

And sure, I will have to make certain to leave Mallory at the apartment though, as she's bound to be rather jealous.

Hah, I bet museum security wouldn't let you come in with her. Don't most museums like that make you leave like... anything big in lockers in the lobby? Or something. Anyway, maybe we can look at some of the other exhibits, too. Some of these look kind of crazy.

I can't say that I'm sure, but I would imagine not. And just as well, I can't have a temperamental guitar to deal with during the busy season.
This doesn't actually look at all strange compared to the clothing around this city.
But some of those, yes, I can't imagine where the ideas came from. The spine corset is interesting, if not mildly frightening. Makes me think of something very reminiscent of the sideshow.

Yeah, the spine corset thing is what stuck out to me first too when I looked at that page. Kinda cool... until you stab someone with it.
