MOAR QUESTIONS!
A potential muse of mine can teleport, but with severe error. When she sneezes, random things are teleported to random places, even if she's not near the item!

Can I app someone and have them teleport to Sheol as an error, without them being dead? (She's been known to teleport through time, and has even been involved in a time paradox of her younger self teleporting into her future.)

1) Yep, that's right.

2) Nope -- but bloodstained clothing is alright, since wounds essentially healed after they were taken into Sheol.

3) Reserving during the full moon is perfectly fine.

Two questions.

1.) Abilities, Magic, things like that. How much are they dampened? I need a bit of clarification on that.

2.) Could someone apply for a character that doesn't have a canon death, and just put in a plausible death for them? Nevermind, I fail at life.

1) They've been reduced to very basic abilities. For example, if someone had complete mastery over fire, they'll be able to only shoot off a few sparks. Or if someone had the ability to control someone for however long they wanted, it would only work for a few moments.

If a character dies in Sheol, do they remember that death when they reappear in the forest 24 hours later?

That death they do remember if they were awake and paying attention at the time.

Hey, I'm thinking of apping Erik from The Phantom of the Opera, and I was wondering if you could clear a couple of things up for me.

1. He doesn't have that much backstory in canon. Is it okay if I mix canon with my fanon to flesh out his past a little more?

2. He can influence people with his voice. I'm guessing that's something that would be dampened. On another RP, it's played as having less effect, and only working for about an hour before wearing off. WOuld that be okay, or does it need to be dampened even more?

1. Considering his lack of backstory, yes, that's allowed. As long as it remains believable, anyway ^_^;

2. I'd say the effect, like in the other RP you're talking about, would only last for about an hour. So yes, that'd be alright.
