Biden' My Time

Anyway. In the middle of the night (US time - around 8am here) last night Barack Obama picked Joseph Biden Jr. as his choice for US Vice President. I agree with you that Biden is an odd choice. I don't know much about him, and I think of all the people who was on the list, he was one of my least favorite. I don't think this was a good choice, but we will see in the future. Delaware isn't really a state Obama needs.

We can have more discussions on why the Democrats can't win a presidential election when you arrive.

I was also thinking, Obama is basically like a rock star. Someone like Clinton (who was never really in the running anyway) would possibly be as popular as Obama, and possibly overshadow him. Biden is a person who does excellent work, helps Obama where he is lacking, but still fades into the background.

You can say that Biden was chosen NOT for Delaware, but for Pennsylvania, where he's from.

Biden is Swiss I believe
