boring machines disturbs sleep
as always, i'm tired. this week for sleep has been the worst. i'm thinking since i got up sorta late yesterday that i messed myself up even more. because last night i could not sleep. every time i fell almost asleep i would get an itch or move randomly and wake myself up. i felt like a drug addict. needless to say, i feel pretty miserable this
