OOC - Character relations
So I think Maes' post is finished, time to open up someone else for Character Relations.
Allies/Rivals - Those she considers intelligent enough to work with/against.
Hatake Kakashi - Rival - Kakashi has been marked by Carmen as the most challenging of those who might oppose her. He's intelligent and aware, highly capable, and she has a connection in Obito that means Kakashi will not simply ignore her. This is also Carmen's definition of Rival here. It's a respectful rivalry - he has a bit of protection from her and hers because of it. She wants him around so as to keep her sharp and on her toes. He's actually got the potential to thwart her, in her eyes, a rare find.
Madara - Ally/Rival - Madara's goals of ruling the city put him in direct competition with Carmen, but right now, Carmen feels she can use him to further her own goals. He doesn't strike her as overly intelligent, but his ambition and powers mark him as one to be cautious around. Right now, with the kyuubi gone, she doesn't see how to use him. She wants to figure that out, while not relying on him too much. After all, she needs Madara to be disposable. The city is supposed to be hers.
Henchmen/Possible Henchmen - Those who have potential and could be useful. And that she would not mind using.
Billy (Dr. Horrible) - Henchman - Billy is highly intelligent when it comes to science and devices, and that makes him rather invaluable. But she can see that he's not prepared tactics-wise to be a complete leader. There's also an air to him that's very young. It's not immature or worriesome, but it does mean she sees him only as skilled henchmen material.
Amusements - Those who she has no reason to use, but has noticed.
Kevin - Amusements - Kevin would fall under sheep if not for one thing - he asked Carmen for her autograph. That alone made her take notice, as it's the first time she's had someone ask for it. He's loud and crass, but very simple and focused. There seems to be no guile to him besides the basic level men have, and so she may wish to talk to him from time to time. She could do without the comments of how he wanted her, but that was his previous version, so she does not entirely hold it against him.
Sheep - People of little use or potential.
The Confusing Ones - No, really. Darn character development makes classifying some complicated for her.
