I was pretty sure that's what it was with the decimal point there, but I did check the first three or so to be sure. :-)

Oh, fuck yeah. I'm not a member on that any more, but I was so tempted to post a picture of Ainley!Master from the Five Doctors going "it's as easy as pi!"

I suspected straight away but had to confirm it by doing the same. Poor Eleven misses out unless two 1s occur together.

I must admit that I didn't get it until I watched the start of the video embedded in one of the comments, though I did wonder what that little dot between the first two picture was for. :)
