I made bacon and pepper flans this week. One to eat fresh from the oven and two to freeze for later. The one we ate with potato wedges and mixed veg was tasty.

I got an email this morning from Pillsbury.com for 'Pi day'. :) It had a bunch of new pie recipes.

Cool! Did you make any? I find plain fruit ones nice and easy, and lovely with ice cream.

No, I didn't make any. Although I am planing to make an apple pear pie next week after I pick up some fruit at Costco.
