Quantum cat macros

For physics geeks, quantum cat macros, found by andrastewhite. Note that quarks are a basic constituent of all matter, and yes, they have a flavour, six in fact: up, down, strange, charm, bottom, top. There's also a photon kitten in the set.

This one everyone will get though: take that, Schroedinger.

geekery, cats

Hee! I love the Schrödinger one.

He was such a mean bastard. He deserves to have his wave function collapsed.

I like the photon too.

Loved them especially the photon one. Though with the symbol above its head likee that I immediately thought of Snakehead kitty! (can't remember how to spell the G word)

I was more thinking of Stargate and the kitty was a "snakehead" I just can never remember how to spell the word for Baal's, Hathor's etc symbiote.

Come to think of it actually if the kitty he/she was a Jafar that had just been taken over!

Ah, gotcha! I have no idea myself.

Cats' eyes glow enough at night for them to be Goa'uld. :-)

The photon kitten is a great picture, but I also loved the three white cats stacked on top of one another.

The top (ha!) one was photoshopped in though. I rather liked charm cat; our cats sometime adopt a pose a bit like that which we call 'leaning on the pub bar'. And the strange kittens were adorable, and perhaps the same one.

Well, I am definitely not a physics geek but this is the best way how to remember all the quarks if you have to! We have the New Scientist in our library and in the last one there was an article about a twist in a legend of "Schroedinger´s cat" , a very sophisticated one ( too sophisticated, to tell the truth) but with a very funny picture of a cat in a box. And this cat looked as our Tygrosek, who must also be a Schroedinger´s cat because it really exists in two |(or more!) places simultaneously. Mńau.

I always say that our cats can teleport. How else can they come innocently from a room when I just searched it for them?
