The Late Night series : Couple 3 ~ Mizumi and Ohno
Mizumi and Ohno
Mizumi sat at her desk with her brow frowning and her eyes in complete concentration. It was well past midnight and she had to go to work in the morning but she couldn’t seem to stop what she was doing.
“Just a bit more.” She whispered in the dark as she moved the mouse slowly. She didn’t hear him as he crept into the room as silently as a jungle cat. She sighed out and moved her hand away from her mouse.
“What are you doing?”
She jumped a bit and whipped around to see her husband rubbing his sleepy eyes. “You scared me Satoshi.” She said, “I’m working on a design.”
Satoshi yawned and rubbed his eyes once more before bending down, “You should be asleep.” He said, “You have to get up early today.”
“I know but, It was only going to be a few minutes.” Mizumi said nodding, “It’s really frustrating, I’ve never had so much trouble with…”
Satoshi wrapped his arms around her and put his chin on her shoulder, “I can’t sleep well without you next to me…please come to bed?”
Mizumi smiled at his cuteness and patted his head, she turned back to her computer and saved her project and shut down her computer. “I’m sure it’ll be better tomorrow, let’s go to bed.”
Satoshi nodded and the two walked towards their bedroom together. He slid into bed first and then Mizumi, he quickly wrapped his arms around her and breathed in.
“You’re such a big baby Sato.” Mizumi said laughing slightly.
“I love you.” He said in a sleepy voice.
“I love you too.” Mizumi said smiling and closing her eyes.
