Heee, you got them all right! The Conan one is hardest, because it was a throwaway line in the manga that gave us a timeline and I was seriously like, WHAT. XD;;

And some of the stories take place over multiple days, and sometimes Conan is hurt and has to have recovery time! Even if all those trips were back-to-back he'd need at least a year. CONAN LIVES IN SPECIAL EXTRADIMENSIONAL TIME. He's actually in many different places at once XD;
