Friday morning I went in for the lumpectomy. (I already tore three out of the five stitches taking the tape off, as instructed.) I was scheduled for 8 30 am, went in at 9 was out and home by 11-12 PM. They will have the results in one week. Everyone may now call me Frakenboobie

Ack. I am sooooooo grateful right now that I only had to go through a needle biopsy. Yeah, it was the biggest fucking needle I have ever seen, but I can't imagine having a chunk of my boob being taken out.

Sending you positive thoughts and good vibes that everything will turn out well. Crawl into bed and pull the covers over your head, snuggle down and JUST TAKE CARE, ok?
