I kinda need to know, it's for something important. [ At least important to his Pikachu. He thinks that he sounds a bit silly asking such things, but you gotta do what you gotta do. ]

Pikachu pi, pika? [ "Can I eat this, Yuri?"

[People staring at the sky while wearing aprons are usually unseen. Which means it's time for Izaya to prod around a bit. He'll approach, looking fairly friendly. And harmless.]

I think you've got a while if you're waiting for it to be fully cooked.

It's been a few months, but yes.

Great, I have to worry about being dragged back here.

What does a guy have to do around here to stay on track? Or around anywhere even.

Maybe, maybe not! Plenty have left and never returned... while others simply don't remember at all.

As for saying on track - well, who's to say, really? Johto is very unpredictable that way.

You can't seriously think that it's all because of this giant piece of land, rig--[ and a Pikachu pretty much took a great leap onto Yuri's head then onto Izaya's before staying there. ]

Pikachu pi pika kachu-pii pikaaa! [ "The curry's ready and I have turned off the stove!" ]

[Amused face. Is he bothered? Maybe a little, but he's not letting it show - he's more than accustomed to Pokémon doing things like this.]

Quite an excitable Pikachu here, I see.

Kachu? Pikachu pi pika pi. [ "Excitable? I prefer to be called zealous." In order to get a different impression, Ellie calms down and takes the form of a raccoon hat. with a zigzag tail, yeah. ]

He's the type to seek adventure all day every day.

[He eyes upward, getting as much of a look at the Pikachu as he can and offers a laugh.]

I can see that, though I don't know if any of this would really be considered adventurous.

In his world, everything is an adventure. I mean, one time he thought the laundry basket was an abyss and didn't get out for hours.

PIKACHU PI. [ "IT WAS AN ABYSS." Yellow mouse uses pout. ]

[Another chuckle - he's definitely one of the more interesting Pokémon Izaya has seen.] How imaginative! At least there's never a dull moment that way.

Pikachu pi pika! Pikachu, pi! [ "This good sir understands! See, Yuri?" Yeah, his Pikachu can have an unsure look from him. ]

Don't encourage him too much now. I don't think I'll be able to keep up.
