I'm amused that it's all about getting a sequel out to "Superman: Earth One" in an expedient matter and not about how late his "Grounded" arc has been.
I was killing time at school when I saw it and insisted on telling my classmates even thought they have no idea who JMS is! I really like Chris Roberson and Phil Hester too!
Sooooo...tell me more about this Roberson, hmmm? I know nothing of him and I am curious!
I have high hopes that he will bring an end to the Long Walk early, despite JMS saying that he's going to use JMS's notes and recreate his original plan--if he had one. :P
Looks like JMS's last issue will be the child abuse issue. Maybe he...won't get to it?
I know Roberson was a novelist before he wrote comics, although I've never read any of his books. I did listen to his episode of War Rocket Ajax and it was very entertaining! He talked about one of his novels that's set in the Arthurian legends and how he realized that pretty much every character in the book was gay after he wrote it :P Anyway, his first comics were some Fables spin-offs, which I also haven't read, but I love his current on-going for Vertigo: iZombie. Of course it helps that it's drawn by Mike Allred, but the premise is interesting and the book is really cute. It uses some mythology from the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which isn't something you see a lot.
I, too, hope the child abuse issue will never come to fruition and Roberson will somehow end the walk early. *crosses fingers*
